Class of 2012

The second graduating class in NCCS. How exciting! I'm going to miss all of them this upcoming year.

The ceremony started with the junior class walking in to handle the banner and the diplomas.

After the boys the girls came in and performed a river dance...

They were all seated and the teachers, staff, and adults marched in!

The entrance of the seniors was very sweet. the boys walked part way down the isle and halted. the split and turned to make an isle. then in between them walked the only girl!

Marinas' speech.

Matts' speech.

Headmaster Mr. Coxs' speech.

Mr. Osteen gave a speech on a new award we are giving out. This award is presented to the senior who showed the most Christ-like behavior. Marina was given this award. She was given the certificate and a sum of money for college. She was very surprised and touched when she received it.

 Guest speaker.

Dalvin got up to make his 'yes-I-am-a-smart-person' speech. it was a very touching speech which drew tears from many on his main topic of adoption and the family like environment of NCCS. He also gave his classmates favorite memories from the school which created lots of laughter.

Then Wesley gave a rousing 'yes-I-am-the-smartest-person-here' speech!

Finally Mrs. Armstrong got up to announce the diplomas! (which weren't the real ones lol)

After they each received their diplomas and had officially graduated Aaron gave the charge to the next years seniors.

CONGRATULATIONS SENIORS YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!
I took pictures of them walking in and out (which are combined up top) and it was funny to see them all so grave walking in and the huge smiles walking out. I also got pictures of them being handed their diplomas. Love you guys!
